HOW FITGENE WORKS
Fast, simple, science-based, personalized
1. You’ve received your testing kit
Your kit has arrived and is ready to use. Make sure it contains all the necessary components. Scan the QR code to access all the instructions, and fill out the information form.
2. Collect your sample [buccal swab]
Carefully collect a buccal swab following the instructions provided via the QR code. Hold the swab firmly and gently swipe it along the inside of your cheek. After collecting the sample, place the swab into the provided bag at the specially marked “dry spot” area.
3. Call the courier service
Contact the delivery service to arrange pickup of your package. Provide the address and all necessary details to ensure safe transport. It’s important that the sample reaches its destination as quickly as possible.
4. Test results delivered by email (2 weeks)
Your test results will be available within 15 days. Once ready, they will be sent to the email address you provided in the form. Be sure to regularly check your inbox and spam folder.
